Alfajiri Cliff Villa. Diani Beach. Mombasa. Kenya
Why we love it
Condé Nast Traveller said Alfajiri, on Kenya’s Indian Ocean coast is, “one of the most luxurious villas in the world.” Aljafiri is made up of three villas perched on a coral cliff overlooking the pure white beaches of Diani. Their high Makuti thatch roofs, ivory Danish floors, wooden beams, carved Lamu doors and impressive artefacts from Africa and the Far East turn Swahili style into an art form. Alfajiri’s gardens are meticulously maintained and feature swaying palms swishing in time with the ocean. This is a romantic destination with the Indian Ocean on your doorstep and warm water snorkelling and diving.
